#232 Vex Concentrate Biodegradable Cleaner
Mixed with water, Vex provides a suitable cleaner for regular maintenance with its heavy duty wetting, penetrating and emulsifying action that attacks even the most difficult cleaning problems.
Vex is a modern day biodegradable cleaner for industrial, field and household use. Mixed with water, it provides a suitable cleaner for regular maintenance with its heavy duty wetting, penetrating and emulsifying action that attacks even the most difficult cleaning problems. Vex has super wetting action that penetrates the toughest dirt film and frees dirt particles so that rinsing will carry these particles away.
Tough industrial jobs are no problem either for Vex Concentrate Cleaner. When mixed with solvents such as kerosene (see caution below), Vex will clean and degrease all types of petroleum grit and grime.
Vex is also very economical because its high concentration allows it to perform a variety of cleaning operations for just pennies per gallon. In fact, the variety of cleaning applications that it can tackle eliminates the need for as many as four or five other cleaners and maintains effectiveness over a prolonged period of time without souring.
Finally, Vex is easy. No special equipment is required...just add water or solvent (see caution below) and you are ready to go.
General Recommendations
Steel Furniture (Files), Aluminum: Use 1 part Vex to 20 parts hot or cold water. Allow to stand a few minutes and then spray or hand wipe.
Automobiles, Trucks, Aircraft, Tractors: Wash using 1 part Vex to 30 parts warm water. Brush on and hose off.
Industrial Equipment (Engines and Chassis): Use 1 part Vex to 10 parts very hot water. Allow to stand. Scrub if necessary and then rinse with clean hot water.
Steam Pressure Cleaners: Use 1 part Vex to 20 parts of water (hot or cold).
Degreasing (Industrial Equipment, Engines, Pumps): Use 1 part Vex to 5 parts Diesel Fuel or Kerosene. Mix 1 part Vex to 1 part Kerosene, then add remaining parts of Kerosene. Spray or brush on surface, let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with water hose and then dry with air hose if possible (flammable solution).
Oil & Grease Off Concrete Floors, Loading Docks, Driveways, Parking Areas: Mix 1 part Vex to 5 parts Kerosene - (first mix 1 part Vex and 1 part Kerosene) - then add remaining Kerosene. Let soak 10 to 15 minutes. Apply with brush. Hose off with Hi Pressure hose. One gallon solution cleans 150 sq. ft. area (flammable).
Hand Cleaner: A solution of 1 part Vex Concentrate in 20 parts water (soft if possible).
Cleaning Painted or Varnished Floors and Walls: Use 1 part Vex to 30 parts warm water. Rinse and dry.
Leather: Spread 1 part Vex to 20 parts water thinly over surface. Wipe dirt off with clean damp sponge or cloth.
To Clean Ink Mist From Newspaper Printing Press: 1 part Vex to 20 parts water.

CAUTION: Vex Concentrate is not flammable, however, a mixture of Vex Concentrate and kerosene or any flammable liquid must be handled with extreme caution. Do not use near an open flame or near sparking electrical equipment.
